Who We Are
Broad Bayou Holdings was formed in 2020 by our founder Kyle Posey. The corporate work life was losing its shimmer, but the need to carry out meaningful work and make an honest living remained. In 2022, it was time to put the years of experience in construction, design, and management to work for oneself.
Initial lots in Sargent were purchased in 2021. The development of these first RV rental lots brought new experiences and knowledge to the old skillsets. In 2024, Broad Bayou Services was founded, as a means to offer some of these learned experiences and skills to potential customers.

We provide high-quality and spacious locations for you to come for a week, a month, or six months at a time! If you want to try Sargent on for size before buying your own place, we’d love to have you. If you don’t have the time or resources for your own place right now, treat our spot like home! Broad Bayou Services - Shredding and Clearing
The lots in Sargent, and especially in the back of Downey’s, can be challenging to tame if they’ve been left unattended for any length of time at all! We know, because we’ve done it! Let us offer you a bit of our hard earned experience, to help you get a handle on your lot! Most 50 x 100 lots can be shredded in about an hour, although some stubborn and seriously over-grown lots can take up to two hours.
